Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. .Offline we accept orders by POST and payment is accepted by Cheque and Postal Orders. Please ensure all information is complete before sending/placing your order.

Postage & Packing & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days using First Class Post. Please allow 2 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Postage and Packing £3.95 - £7.50 dependant on weight of package calculated at checkout.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

Please notify us within 48 hours of any shortage on delivery or damage to any product received. Please keep all original packaging. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors in connection with an order.
